Was able to get my car inspected right away. Prices were fair and I felt that the issues that were brought up were honest issues. Didn’t feel pressured to do anything and explanations about issues related to my car were clear. This was my first time coming to Lodi Auto Care and I definitely had a positive experience.
Asked for slip yoke to be greased because of common issue with vehicle. Technicians did not inspect or perform the fix even though I repeated it 3 times. Performed basic unrelated tests. They were nice but it is apparent they don’t care, did not even recommend next steps until asked. Called 20 minutes before close for vehicle pick up. Took to transmission shop same day and they disagreed with the shops assessment of slipping transmission.
I took my wifes 2001 Buick Century to Lodi Auto Care late afternoon on Friday, April 13 2026 to replace the radiator. They called me at 10 am Saturday morning to tell me it was ready to be picked up. They repaired our vehicle in a timely manner and the staff were friendly. And the best part was the cost was very reasonable. I recommend Lodi Auto Care to anybody needing Auto repair.
Heard about them on the radio. When our car had issues because of the heavy rain storms, we took it there. Maria helped us out and we were happy with the repairs. However, the problem reoccurred and we took it back to them. It wasn't there fault, the storm did more damage than we originally thought. Our insurance wasn't going to cover the second visit, but Maria went to war for us and got it taken care of. I highly recommend them.
Outstanding customer service! Their service was prompt and they ordered a new back wiper that was delivered in 15 minutes. They also changed my oil and rotated my tires. I was actually there to get a running light changed, but it turned out I didn’t need that job done. They were honest and didn’t try to charge me anyway. I highly recommend them and plan to do all of my auto services here! Lastly, the prices were very reasonable and less than other shops.
